What Makes You Feel Beautiful is an amazing project by photographer Monica Marrow that celebrates inner beauty. Each month, What Makes You Feel Beautiful selects one woman as the Beauty of the Month and asks them what makes them feel beautiful. The project explores the relationship between inner beauty and what is considered visually beautiful.

2.) A Mighty Girl has put together some fantastic resources for parents who want their daughters to know and fight for their worth. They shared some tips from Fast Company on how to raise girls that are good negotiators.
Linda Hoke-Sinex, a psychologist at Indiana University, told Fast Company that teaching negotiations skills also involves teaching kids how to re-direct negative self-talk. Hoke-Sinex said girls must also unlearn stereotypes that suggest being “good” requires passive communication.
