A good portion of New York State Assemblywoman Sandy Galef’s time is spent reasoning with people who don’t agree with her. So, in theory, if anyone knows how to resolve or attempt to resolve a conflict it would an elected official.
What should you do when someone doesn’t agree with you or when someone has a different position than you do? Galef says the key to understanding is confrontation and discussion.
