As a New York State Assemblywoman, a bulk of Sandy Galef’s time is reasoning with people who don’t agree with her. If anyone knows how to resolve or attempt to resolve a conflict, it’s her.

So what should you do when someone doesn’t agree with you, or when someone has a different position than you do? Galef says you confront them about it, and have a discussion.
