2.) The Westchester County Board of Legislators and the Jandon Foundation are teaming up to award academic achievers from low income backgrounds with a college scholarship. Students must be from?families that are on public assistance or are living below the poverty level to qualify. Jandon Scholars will receive $12,000 over their four years in college. 3.) The Child Care Council of Westchester it hosting its annual toy drive and is asking for donations of unwrapped toys for children 12 and under. Donations can be dropped off at the following locations through Dec. 18:

- Microsoft Store, The Westchester?-?125 Westchester Ave. in White Plains (Sat.-Sun. from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
