The changes will cause?property values, and thus?taxes, in higher priced neighborhoods to rise, in somes cases significantly; while taxes in lower priced neighborhoods will drop, lohud reports.??The revaluation could put $1.3 billion back on the tax rolls.?The Town argues that property values have been under assessed for years.
