?2.) The Child Care Council of Westchester is anticipating cuts to child care in the County’s 2016 budget. The council invites you to the YWCA of White Plains on Friday, Oct. 30 for breakfast at?8:30 a.m. to listen to an update on the situation and what you can do to advocate for child care.
White Plains Department of Public Safety Commissioner David E. Chong will discuss local, state and national child care data and trends, as well as the results of the 2015 Parent Child Care Survey.
