Here’s what’s happening Today in the 914, according to Westchester Woman:
1.) Middle aged is not a bad word. Actually, if you ask Dr. Robi Ludwig, an international author and psychotherapist, she says middle aged women are in the perfect position to pursue their life dreams.
She’s looking to change any stigma associated with being a “middle aged woman” with myth busting facts and specific advice on how to change your perception of this phase in your life so you can fully embrace it. Join her for the Ladies Night Out cocktail reception at the Scarsdale Woman’s Club hosted by New York Health and Wellness on Wednesday, June 22.
